Fixed builtins and file references in Python 3 code, thanks to Greg Watson, saulspatz, sminos, and Mark Summerfield for reporting their Python 3 experiences.
➕ Added new example, apicheck.py, as a sample of scanning a Tcl-like language for functions with incorrect number of arguments (difficult to track down in Tcl languages). This example uses some interesting methods for capturing exceptions while scanning through source code.
➕ Added new example deltaTime.py, that takes everyday time references like "an hour from now", "2 days ago", "next Sunday at 2pm".
